    Thanks a lot, i wasted couple of days in searching the drivers and updating the windows but nothing senses this issue.

    So the drivers Windows needs are actually on the system, but Windows can't use them because they're not in the right place. Classic Microsoft. Thanks so much, I spent hours trying to get a new hub to work, thinking I had to upgrade my entire USB stack, but this simple maneuver did the trick.
